PCCM Board of Directors Election & Annual General Meeting 2025
The Philippine Canadian Centre of Manitoba, Inc. (PCCM) invites all its members in good standing as of March 31, 2025, to attend the PCCM Board of Directors’ Election and Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at PCCM Multi-Purpose Hall, 737 Keewatin St. The distribution of ballots will take place from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
Registration for PCCM Membership
To register as a PCCM member, you must meet the following criteria:
✅ Be at least 18 years old as of March 31, 2025.
✅ Have ancestral origin from the Philippines.
✅ Be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident in Canada.
✅ Be a resident of Manitoba.
✅ Pay an annual membership fee of $15.00.
✅ Have not been suspended, expelled, or resigned as a PCCM member (per Article 2.5 (e) of the PCCM Constitution and By-Laws).
Application for Candidacy as PCCM Board of Director
Interested in becoming a Board Member? Here are the requirements:
✔️ Be at least 18 years old as of March 31, 2025.
✔️ Have ancestral origin from the Philippines.
✔️ Be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident in Canada.
✔️ Be a resident of Manitoba for at least 3 years.
✔️ Be a PCCM member in good standing as of March 31, 2025.
✔️ Police Clearance: An official receipt showing proof of a police clearance application is acceptable, provided that the final police clearance is submitted to the Election Committee as soon as it arrives.
✔️ Submit a sealed envelope containing:
- 📝 Application for candidacy
- 🏛️ Police clearance
- 📄 Proof of membership
- 🆔 Photo ID
✔️ Not have been suspended, expelled, or resigned as a PCCM Board member (per Article 4.1 (g) of the PCCM Constitution and By-Laws).
How to Apply
📍 Membership forms and candidacy applications are available at PCCM Office, 737 Keewatin St., from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
📌 Submission must be done individually and IN-PERSON.
🗓️ Deadline for submission of membership forms, payment of registration fees, and applications for candidacy is March 31, 2025.
📸 Please bring one (1) valid photo ID for validation.
